I am pleased to report that in December of last year, The Promise Homes Company, purchased 22 additional homes for our company portfolio. The new homes, all of which are leased and occupied, are located in Atlanta, Georgia, where the company is also headquartered.
The additional portfolio acquisition will be managed by Renter’s Warehouse. Additional details and information to follow, as well as additional growth planned for the company in 2018.
